Registration Procedures

1. Download a registration packet here. (PDF File) or, go to JCCHS to pick one up. (Directions)
2. Complete packet and return to Ms. Faulkner at JCCHS or fax it to 706-367-7275 (Attention: Ms. Faulkner)
3. Make an appointment to meet with a counselor to create a schedule by contacting Ms. Faulkner.
